Enoteca

With the founding of the Slow Wine Coalition the Enoteca of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto becomes the Enoteca of the Slow Wine Coalition, where we’ll explore the themes and projects of the collaborative, inclusive international network that unites the protagonists of the wine world: winemakers, industry professionals and enthusiasts.

The Enoteca welcomes visitors to Parco Dora from Thursday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11.30 p.m., and on Monday from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.

We’ll have a series of tastings in the space, from wine to beer, vermouth and cocktails, accompanied by live music and DJ sets.

To drink

The Enoteca offers the finest Italian wine labels as selected by Slow Wine and Wine Bank of Pollenzo, from every region and covering every style.

There’ll also be stands dedicated to mixology and wine-related sustainability projects, like the recycling of corks and bottles.

To eat

As is traditional we’ll have lots of simple and delicious appetizers on offer to accompany your wine tasting experience.

Taste Workshops

Next to the Enoteca there’ll be a room where we’ll host Taste Workshops dedicated to Italian and international wines.
