A Supra ( სუფრა ) is a traditional Georgian feast. Leaded by a toast master “Tamada”, it can last for hours or sometimes even days 🙂
We invite you to this journey across Georgia through this feast to show you the diversity of Georgian cuisine and wine. We are going to travel through the traditional eggplant plates, fermented jonjoli salad (Staphylea colchica flowers) to fried and soups, sailing through traditional qvevri making wine.
To make this experience even more authentic, we have invited some of our Georgian friends to join the celebration to live a truly Georgian vibe.

Payment will be made directly on site, at the Osteria Al Cecchi. It is not possible to book separate tables, the evening is dedicated to sharing dinner in a single table.
This event is part of Terra Madre Off, the initiatives that animate Turin during the days of the Terra Madre Salone del Gusto and enrich its programme. Terra Madre 2022 takes place in Parco Dora, Turin, from 22 to 26 September, and is dedicated to the theme of regeneration. #TerraMadre2022
