Eleonora Matarrese of Ristorante Pikniq in Vezzo, Piedmont, guides us through her pastures, woodlands and orchards.
This live edition of In Cucina con Slow Food (In the Kitchen with Slow Food) is an ode to the season and the fruits of the land that offer surprising pairings for a journey to (re)discover some of the delights of plant-based cooking. The chef teaches us how to bring the freshness of wild herbs and vegetables from our gardens to the table, together with pasta by Di Martino.
