- 5.30 p.m. – A little bit of oil | Almond, tomato, artichoke … these are the flavours that can be found in our San Marino Extra Virgin Olive oil. Presentation and tasting of the Republic’s Evo Oil – featured in the Slow Food Guide of the Best Oils | Free entry | With Flavio Benedettini, President of the Cooperativa Olivicoltori San Marino.
- 5.30 p.m. – A chat with the San Marino cellar | 61 km of territory and a viticultural vocation cultivated with great passion. An olfactory tasting itinerary among the native vines of the territory: Biancale, Moscato, Ribolla and Sangiovese. Free entry.
- 6.30 pm. – Bresaola and ragu tasting with the Cooperative Allevatori Sammarinesi | Taste, tradition and innovations with San Marino beef. | Free entry
