Thanks to a practical demonstration of steam distillation, we will better understand how freshly distilled essential oil and its aromatic water are born. | With Benedettini Flavio – President of the San Marino Olive Growers’ Cooperative – Ghenea.
- 4 p.m. – Mani in pasta: baking with sourdough | Workshop | Presentation of local flours and sourdough, how to create it and how to use it, baking techniques. | Free entry | With Serena Boschi and Raffaella Vanni of Slow Food Rimini – San Marino.
