While young chef Jam Melcho will take us to the paddy fields of the Philippines to show us how they make duman, rice toasted according to a very ancient tradition using a glutinous red variety cultivated in the Central Luzon region.
Free entry while seats last. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to ensure a place. There will be a small tasting at the end for which you may donate what you choose.
