Learn to prepare casabe, a sort of tortilla made with yuca (Manihot esculenta) that is part of the Caribbean gastronomic tradition.
The name derives from “casabi“, the term used by the Arawaks for the roots of the yuca plant.
Free entry while seats last. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to ensure a place. There will be a small tasting at the end for which you may donate what you choose.
