Slow Food Alava presents its projects to bring new generations closer to caring for the earth. In particular, he tells how he is bringing the principles of agroecology and regenerative agriculture to cities and schools.
Only through raising the awareness of tomorrow’s citizens can we change today’s agriculture and save the environment: there is a dire need for innovators capable of finding solutions to combine just income and a satisfactory quality of life for producers, the needs of citizens, and the preservation of natural resources.
