Think you know your coffee? We might drink coffee every day, but we still know and understand very little about its long and complex supply chain, along with its social and economical implications.

Being able to recognize good coffee is extremely important. Let’s find out how we can do that – also by sharing some useful tools for improving your tasting skills: the Mooc on coffee by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo (a short course, created very recently) and the Aromateller paths.

Speakers:

  • Sandro Bonacchi, coffee expert, co-founder of B.Farm.
  • Annete Dinne, University of Gastronomic Sciences, Pollenzo.
  • Silvia Rota, Slow Food.

Free entry while seats last. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a place.

Terra Madre Salone del Gusto is in Parco Dora, Turin, from September 22-26, 2022, with over 600 exhibitors and a series of workshops, conferences and tastings that show how we can regenerate our planet through food. #TerraMadre2022 is a Slow Food event.
