Here we discover the extraordinary skills of the Sardinian women who knead durum wheat bran and water dough to make extremely refined pastas.

Speakers:
- Antonietta Salis, lives in Gonnisnò (OR), has been involved for years in the recovery of traditional products such as tallutzas, and collaborates with the agricultural company Enaìdi.
- Maria Luciana Melis: a farmer with over 30 years of experience and founding partner of the Società Agricola Enaìdi, based in Gonnosnò (OR), for which she is in charge of the cereal supply chain, in organic and aridoculture.
- Laura Manuritta, SFYN Sardinia coordinator.
- Sara Nicole Cancedda, lawyer and partner of the agricultural company Enaìdi, for which she is involved in research and the valorisation of traditional and valuable cereal and vegetable varieties.
