Here we fly to the east coast of Australia to find out more about the exciting syllabus of the Sunshine Beach State Primary School in Noosa. It includes a course devoted to mushrooms entitled “Food products from living and non-living things.”
As the mushrooms grow, talk turns to food, eco-friendly design, sustainable growing practices and even the relationship between mushrooms and bees!
