Nordic both in style and nature, Bosse and Wendy take us on a journey through the fields and food cultures of Northern Europe, reflecting on the past and looking to the future.
The goal is to promote quality food that symbolizes this Nordic spirit, and to encourage sustainable tourism that respects the planet and its resources. The same thing they do in the book Meadows: The Swedish farmer and the Scottish Cook, exploring Nordic food culture in more than 100 recipes.
