Nordic both in style and nature, Bosse and Wendy take us on a journey through the fields and food cultures of Northern Europe, reflecting on the past and looking to the future.

The goal is to promote quality food that symbolizes this Nordic spirit, and to encourage sustainable tourism that respects the planet and its resources. The same thing they do in the book Meadows: The Swedish farmer and the Scottish Cook, exploring Nordic food culture in more than 100 recipes.

  • Bosse Dahlgren, swedish farmer and horse breeder who has long fought for biodiversity.
  • Wendy Barrie, scottish cook and author of the Scottish Food Guide.

Free entry while seats last. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to ensure a place.
