The Gesso e Stura River Park has been organizing environmental education activities since 2005. In this event it will teach us how to create a sustainable market garden that respects the environment and reduces water waste to fight the climate crisis.
It will do so with its project for a resistant didactic garden, one of the first facilities in this biodiversity-rich park to be given over to environmental education. It grows aromatic plants and comprises a bio-lake, an arbor for leguminous plants and hops, a rose garden with ancient varieties, and many other features!
Speakers:
- Marco Barberis, Slow Food Fossano
- Monica Delfino, manager of the Gesso e Stura River Park
- Paolo Cavallo and Chiara Bassanelli, architect and graduate in Agrifood Sciences, resistant didactic garden designers
Free entry while seats last. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to ensure a place.
