Cooks, through their work, can stand as powerful models of regeneration and activism. And they can bring authentic revolution to the table.

How? Starting with ingredient choices that promote the land, protect its biodiversity, and educate consumers: Because supporting small-scale producers is revolutionary, where we refuse to settle for what’s easy or comfortable and constantly search for food that is good, clean and fair.

Speakers:

Bel Coelho. Originally from São Paulo, in her 20-year career she has worked alongside great masters – including Alex Atala. Today she runs Clandestino in São Paulo and is a member of the Slow Food network of cooks in Brazil and as an activist cook has supported campaigns against deforestation (342Amazônia), pesticides (Chega de Agrotóxicos Campaign) and in support of land rights (MST).

Free entry while seats last. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to ensure a place.
