The first ice cream in the world on a stick covered with chocolate was invented and patented in Turin in 1938 by the Pepino company.
During this meeting the CEO of Gelati Pepino, Alberto Mangiantini, will present a project that involves UNISG and its students and has led to the creation of a limited edition ice cream, also available for tasting.
