The RegenerActions are suggestions, ideas, solutions to regenerate our food through simple actions or recipes you can make at home.

Through the RegenerAction series you can also see how food education is developing in schools around the world.

Many of the RegenerAction sessions include a small tasting, too!

Regeneractions to eat

From injera bread from Ethiopia to Balkan burek, Bulgarian ferments and raw food from the Himalayas: let us pique your curiosity! Come and experiment with members of the Slow Food Cooks’ Alliance, as well as producers and experts.

RegenerAction in schools

In many schools food is already a taught subject, with educational gardens that focus on funghi, seeds or forest fruits. Discover all the ways our educators are getting children involved, hands-on, with the world of food.

RegenerAction in the field

There’s also a vegetable garden where Terra Madre delegates will give advice on horticulture, from the regeneration of the soil to the harvest management, plant breeding and bio-inputs, and even painting with mud! Come and get your hands dirty!
