We are happy to participate to enhance the products of excellence of the Hyblean territory under protection of Consortia:
- Olive oil EVO Montiblei DOP, that includes 3 types of cultivar: Tonda Iblea, Moresca and Verdese! (email@example.com; www.montiblei.com)
- Cerasuolo di Vittoria Docg and Vittoria Doc wines are under the protection of the Consortium (law n. 238 Dec.12, 2016). The areas of production are Ragusa, Catania and Caltanissetta. The Hyblean areas of this red wine Cerasuolo Docg are Ragusa, Vittoria, Comiso, Acate, Chiaramonte Gulfi and Santacroce Camerina. (firstname.lastname@example.org; www.cerasuolovittoria.it)
- Ragusano Dop cheese is a tipycal raw milk cheese. It has a parallelepid form and that one which is made by the milk of breed Modica cow (Slow Food Presidium) is tasty! (www.consorzioragusanodop.it; email@example.com)
Hyblean Biodiversity is represented by 5 Slow Food Presidia:
Giarratana Onion, Ispica Sesame, Cottoia Bread Bean of Modica, Ragusano Donkey, Modicana Breed Cow.
Moreover, Slow Food Modica Community for the tradition of homemade traditional bread will be in Turin for representing one of a tipycal italian bread!
